Description

The Rectory is a large house made of red and blue bricks, featuring red brick dressings. It dates from the early 18th century and has had alterations and additions in the 19th century. The building has three storeys, with the second storey likely added in the 19th century. On the east and west fronts, there are three window ranges, which contain double-hung sash windows with glazing bars set in painted reveals. The entrance features a six-panel door topped with a semi-circular fanlight, framed by an open pediment and panelled reveals. The roof is hipped and tiled, with a brick serrated eaves course.
