Description

Millington House is an early 18th century brick house, now painted, with various alterations and additions. A panel above the center window shows the date 1719. It was owned by a family named Millington and was likely built by one of them. The front features a parapet and a moulded brick cornice, with a brick band running between the storeys. The house has two storeys and cellars, with a five-window range of double-hung sashes that include glazing bars. The first-storey windows have segmental arched heads. A six-panel door, approached by steps, features a semi-circular fanlight. The roof is tiled.
