Description

Tinkers Veres Cottage, now comprising two dwellings, likely dates to the 17th century or earlier, with subsequent additions and alterations. The cottage is timber framed and has a parget plastered exterior. It is roofed with thatch, featuring two eyebrow dormers. A central chimney stack is constructed of red brick. The main part of the building is one storey high with attics. The front has a two-window arrangement, with 20th-century three-light casement windows, and smaller iron-paned casements to the dormers. A central 20th-century half-glazed door is present, along with a door to the right return.
