Description
Veres is a house that originated in the 16th century or earlier, with later additions and an 18th-century facade on the front range. It is constructed with a timber frame and plastered with ashlar lines, topped by a hipped roof covered in red plain tiles. At the rear, there is a red brick chimney stack. The house has two storeys and features a three-window range of small paned vertically sliding sashes with horns. There is an oriel window in the center of the first floor and hipped bays on the ground floor to the left and right. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door with moulded surrounds, a flat canopy, and brackets. The return walls display the exposed timber frame.
