Description

This is an 18th-century barn or granary located approximately 450 metres west-southwest of Bower Hall. It features a timber frame that is weatherboarded and has a central midstrey with double doors. The roof is clad in corrugated iron and supported by brick and flint piers. The structure consists of three bays and includes through bracing on the walls, as well as hanging knees to the tie beams. The roof has a side purlin ridge board, and there is a brick threshing floor inside. The building has group value within the landscape.
