  1. C16 and C17 timber-framed and plastered houses, now 1 tenement. Believed to have been at one time, the workhouse of which the overseer's accounts exist dated 1758, with an agreement with William Shackloc, and wife, as govenor. The 2 storey gabled block at the east end is C16, with a jettied upper storey on the south front. The west wing, 1 storey and attics, is C17. The windows are mainly casements, some with leaded lights. 4-panel door. Roof tiled, with 2 gabled dormers.
