Description

Beddalls is a 16th century, or possibly earlier, timber-framed and plastered house that was converted into cottages, likely in the 18th century, and underwent renovation and restoration in the 20th century. The building features an open hall bay at the west end and is one storey with attics. It has 20th century casement windows with lattice leaded lights. At the east end, there is a timber-framed and weather-boarded stable wing that extends to the south. The roof is thatched and includes two dormer windows on each side. Inside, the house showcases exposed timber-framing.
