Cottage, C18/19, extended in C20. Timber framed and clay lump, plastered, front elevation of red brick, Flemish bond, roof thatched. Aligned approx. E-W with one axial chimney stack. To N, one lean-to extension forming a catslide roof and one flat-roofed extension. Linked at NE corner with C20 house. Single storey with attics. S elevation faced with red brick, mostly C19, renewed in C20 at W end. 4 C20 casement windows, 2 flat-roofed dormers with late C19/early C20 casement windows. Half-hipped at E end only. Large wood-burning hearth facing E, plain axial beam.
