Description
Walnut Tree Cottage is a cottage dating from the 18th century, with alterations made in the 20th century. It is timber framed, weatherboarded, and plastered, featuring a thatched roof. The cottage has two bays facing south, with a stack in each gable end. There is a 19th-century extension at the rear that has a catslide roof. A single-storey extension was added to the left in the 20th century, which is roofed with red clay 'Roman' tiles. The building is one storey with attics and includes two 20th-century casement windows and a 20th-century door.
