Description

Dowlands is a 17th to 18th century timber-framed and plastered house, featuring a later brick addition at the north end. The building has one storey and attics, with casement windows. The front has been rendered and colorwashed. Originally thatched, the roof was replaced with tiles in 1975 and includes two dormer windows. The roof of the north addition is also tiled.
