House. C16, altered in C18. Timber framed, plastered, roofed with handmade red clay tiles. 3-bay main range facing E with axial stack in middle bay, forming a lobby-entrance. 3-bay crosswing at right, an independent structure, with C19 internal stack at rear end. C18 extension to left, with internal stack at end. Single-storey extension behind main range, with catslide roof. 2 storeys. Ground floor, 3 early C19 sashes of 16 lights, and one imitation window painted on plaster of crosswing. First floor, 3 similar windows and one of 12 lights, and similar imitation. 6-panel door with top panels glazed, in simple doorcase with shallow hood on twin moulded brackets. Wooden parapet along front and returning approx. 1 metre at sides. 2 storeys. The interior has jowled posts, axial beams with lamb's tongue stops, and plain joists of horizontal section.
