Description

Robin Hood Farmhouse is a 17th-century house, extended in the 19th century. It is timber-framed with plaster rendering and has a roof of handmade red clay tiles. The building has four bays oriented approximately north-east to south-west, featuring an axial chimney stack between the first and second bays from the north-east end, and a rear chimney stack in the south-west bay. The house faces north-west. A 19th-century extension of red brick is located to the south-east. The farmhouse has two storeys and an attic. A 6-panel door is set within a tiled gabled porch, with a painted inscription reading "I.E. 1699" on a board attached to it. There are three double-hung sash windows with 16 lights on the ground floor, and one on the first floor, dating from the early 19th century.
