Description

This barn, located approximately 15 metres east of Dagnets Farm House, dates back to the 16th century and has undergone a later re-roofing. It features a timber frame and is weatherboarded, with a roof clad in corrugated iron. The structure includes a gabled midstrey and a lean-to on the right side. The walls are supported by halved bracing, and there are arched braces supporting the tie beams. The storey posts are jowled, and the barn consists of five bays, with one bay possibly being raised during the 19th century re-roofing.
