Description
The tomb to the Cracknall family is located in the churchyard of St Mary the Virgin, approximately 20 metres north of the northeast corner of the chancel. This early 19th-century table tomb features a moulded base and is supported by Tuscan columns at each corner, which have moulded capitals. The side panels are designed with pointed segmental arches, and the spandrels and frieze above are richly decorated with foliage. The tomb has a moulded cornice that supports a plain top slab. It is enclosed by fluted arrowhead railings, with moulded posts topped with urn heads at the centres and corners.
