Description

Morlands is a house that dates from the late 16th century or earlier. It is constructed with a timber frame and has a plastered exterior, topped with a roof made of handmade red plain tiles. The building has a rectangular plan and faces west, featuring an external stack at the right end. It is one storey high with attics. There is a small 19th-century extension at the east end, which has an end wall jetty. The house includes two 20th-century casement windows and an additional casement window in a large gabled dormer. A 20th-century glazed porch with a plain tiled roof is also present.
