Timber framed, weatherboarded, roofed with red clay 'Roman'tiles and handmade red clay plain tiles. 5 bays, aisled on both sides, aligned NNW-SSE, with great doors at both sides of middle bay. Hipped at both ends and over great doors, these parts roofed with plain tiles, the main pitches with 'Roman' tiles. Jowled arcade posts, arched braces to tiebeams and arcade plates, splayed scarfs with undersquinted butts in WSW arcade plate, face-halved and bladed scarfs in ENE arcade plate. Clasped purlin roof (rebuilt in C17 or later), with some re-used smoke-blackened rafters from a medieval hall.
