No 120 Church Street is a 16th to 17th century timber-framed house featuring a cross wing at the east end. The building has been significantly altered and is primarily faced in brick with a colourwashed finish. The cross wing reveals exposed timber framing on the first storey. The house has two storeys, and the windows are three-light casements with lattice leaded lights. The roof is tiled, and there is a modern wing that extends at the rear.
