Description

Nos 124 and 126 on Church Street are a timber-framed and plastered house dating from the 17th to 18th century. The building has two storeys and features a two-window range with casement windows that have glazing bars. The roof is covered with beef tiles, and there is a central chimney stack that has been rebuilt in a 17th-century style, complete with grouped diagonal shafts. This property is part of a group that includes the Church of St Margaret, the Village Stores, and No 125, as well as Nos 120, 124, and 126.
