Description
Sames Cottage is an 18th century timber-framed and weatherboarded house located on Outwood Common Road in Billericay. The building has one storey and attics, featuring a two-window range with casement windows that have lattice leaded lights. The roof is tiled and includes two gabled dormers. Additionally, there is a wing that extends to the north at the rear of the house.
