Description

The Elms is an 18th-century red and blue brick house located on Laindon Common Road, Little Burstead. It has been altered in the 19th century and later. The front features two projecting, two-storeyed brick bays, with a central French door and a single window above. The windows are double-hung sashes, lacking glazing bars. The roof is tiled and double-pitched, with three gabled dormers facing the front. 19th-century additions are present at the rear.
