Description

The gates and gatepiers at Barrington Hall were built in 1883. They feature piers made of gault brick, topped with stone cornices and ball finials on stepped bases. The wrought iron gates include decorative overthrow work with C and S scrolls, as well as a date inscribed in the frieze. These elements are included for their group value.
