Description

No. 15 Brook Street is a cottage that dates from the 17th century and the 19th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and plaster, featuring a rendered brick plinth. The roof is covered with plain tiles. The cottage has two storeys and a two-unit plan, with a 20th-century extension on the left side and a lean-to closed entrance porch at the angle. On the ground floor, there are two sixteen-paned hung sash windows, while the first floor has a three-light horizontal sliding sash window. There is a stack located on the left side of the original building.
