This barn, now used as a club room, was built in the 18th century. It is a timber-framed structure with weatherboard cladding and a combed wheat reed thatched roof, which is half-hipped. The barn has a single aisle. It is included on the heritage listing for its contribution to the group value of the surrounding buildings.
