Description

The barns to the north of The Grange date from the 18th century or earlier. They share a common internal wall and are timber-framed, weatherboarded, with red brick foundations and gault brick repairs. The roofs, originally thatched, are now covered with corrugated iron. The barn on the left has three bays, while the barn on the right has five bays. Main entrances are located to the north and south in the central bays, with the northern entrances featuring porches with hipped roofs. The barns have double purlin roofs supported by queen struts.
