Cottage. C17 with C20 crosswing to north. Timber-framed with rough cast render, thatched half hipped roofs. Red brick ridge stack to left of centre. One storey and attics, original two unit plan with dairy to north rebuilt possibly C18. Original entrance sealed, later C19 entrances inserted when cottage was subdivided, C20 entrance in crosswing. Two horizontal sliding sash dormer windows, two similar ground floor windows and two in west gable of crosswing. Interior has exposed wall frame and floor frames, and inglenook hearth to central room.
