Description
Moncks Green Cottage is a 17th-century cottage with a 20th-century crosswing and additions. The original section is timber-framed and plastered, with a thatched, hipped roof. A 20th-century wing has a plain red tile roof, partly plastered and partly weatherboard. The cottage is one storey high with an attic. There are four ranges of small-paned casement windows throughout, and two plain casement eyebrow dormers in the main range. A red brick chimney stack sits off-centre, and a second red brick chimney is on the right.
