Description

Blue Cottage is a cottage dating from the late 17th century, with 20th-century additions. It is constructed of timber framing and plaster, featuring painted Bourn great bricks on the south walls up to the eaves height. The cottage has a gault brick ridge stack and is one storey with an attic. Originally, it had a two-unit lobby entry plan, which has been extended to the north, maintaining the line of the building. The exterior includes two glazed entrance doors, one casement window, and two horizontal sliding sash windows.
