Description

Nos 3A, 3B, and 5 on Brook Street are mid-19th century buildings that were originally two houses. They stand three storeys tall and each has two windows. The buildings feature a tiled roof and are constructed of painted brick, with a brick dentil eaves course. The windows are segmental arched sash windows with glazing bars, and the doorways are also segmental arched. There is a weatherboarded timber-framed rear extension to No 3. These buildings are included for their group value with No 19 South Street.
