Description
Nos 3A and 4 on Priory Street are early 19th-century buildings with later alterations. They are constructed of red brick and stand three storeys tall. Number 4 features two sash windows with single glazing bars, each topped with segmental engraved lintels. Number 3A has two later 19th-century showroom-style windows on the first storey and a similar shop front on the ground storey, which includes an elliptical rusticated carriage arch to the right. The entrance of number 4 is framed by a moulded wood pilaster doorcase with a pediment and a plain semi-circular fanlight above. The buildings have wood eaves and slate roofs. They are included for their group value, as they form a cohesive architectural group with Nos 1 and 2 County Court, Nos 3A and 4 to 7 in succession, as well as Nos 193 to 200 in succession and No 200A on Wolverhampton Street.
