Description

Nos 1 and 2 Priory Street are early to mid-19th century buildings constructed of stucco. The ground floor features a rusticated finish and is two storeys high, with six sash windows that have single glazing bars, segmental heads, and plain bead surrounds. The ground floor windows have semi-circular heads and sills supported by plain brackets. There is an arched doorway on either side, each with a plain fanlight and a four-panelled door. A band runs along the first floor, with plain eaves above and a hipped slate roof. These buildings form a group with Nos 3A, 4 to 7 (consecutive), and Nos 193 to 200 (consecutive) along with No 200A Wolverhampton Street.
