Description

Elwyn House is a mid-18th century building located on the south side of Merryland. It is two storeys tall and constructed of gault brick with a tiled roof. The building features a moulded red brick cornice below the parapet and has three windows with flat red brick arches, flush frames, and glazing bars. The doorway is adorned with a moulded hood supported by shaped brackets. To the right, there is a bay window that has a dentilled cornice.
