Description

4 Wellington Street is an earlier to mid-19th century, two-storey building with a double front and three windows, featuring a side passage at the west end. The building has a tiled roof with eaves supported by paired narrow brackets. The recessed sash windows have gauged segmental brick arches, original glazing bars, and bracketed sills. There is a square-headed recessed doorway that includes a bracketed stone cornice, a patterned fanlight, and a panelled door. This building is included for its group value.
