Description

The Masonic Hall is an 18th-century building located on Wellington Street. It is two storeys high, constructed of brick, and features a hipped tile roof with brick corbelling below the eaves. The windows have later sash designs, and there is a hipped dormer on the return. The entrance includes a square-headed doorway with a stucco doorcase, a fanlight, and a panelled door. This building is included for its group value, as it forms a group with No. 2 and also with No. 3 and Nos. 5 to 8 on The Quay.
