Description

14 Brook Street is an early 19th-century building of two storeys and three windows. It has a tiled roof and is constructed of gault brick. The recessed sash windows have three lights, are surrounded by stucco voussoirs with keys, and feature glazing bars. A notable feature is the round-arched central first-floor window, with radial glazing bars. The wooden doorcase has pilasters supporting a bracketed dentil cornice, a round-arched head, a patterned fanlight, and a panelled door. The building forms a group with numbers 14 to 22 (even) on Brook Street.
