Description

This is an early 19th century warehouse wing, with a dwelling incorporated at the south end. It stands alongside number 52 to the north. The building features a variety of window types and loft doors on the first storey. The roof is slate. It is included in the listing for its contribution to the group value of several buildings along the waterside, notably numbers 33 to 41, 43 to 47, 51 to 53, the Malthouse adjacent to number 53, numbers 55 and the Wharf, and numbers 54 to 64.
