Description

This is an early 19th century house, incorporating some fabric from an earlier 18th century structure. The house is constructed of pink and gault brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with a buff pantiled roof and end stacks. The west gable retains a parapet, which is a remnant of the original cottage. The house has two storeys and features two flush frame horizontal sliding sash windows. The ground floor windows on either side of the doorway have cambered arches. Early 18th century red brickwork is visible in the west gable end. The building is listed for its group value.
