Description

Church House is an early 19th-century house with later additions and alterations, including ranges to the left and rear. It is constructed of pinkish-yellow brick in Flemish bond, with coursed and galleted pebbles to the rear and a pantile roof. The house has two storeys and two first-floor windows. A central entrance features a boarded door with an overlight, and 16-pane fixed windows are present throughout. Ground-floor openings are set within segmental arches. The building has a cogged eaves band and end stacks. Brick copings are present, and the gable ends feature tumbled-in brickwork. The property is included on the list for group value considerations.
