Description

No. 13 Pratt Street is a cottage dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of narrow red and yellow gault bricks, with 19th-century grey gault bricks on the front wall. The roof is steeply pitched and covered with slate, featuring end stacks. The building has two storeys, with three window openings on the first floor and two window openings along with a doorway on the ground floor, all of which have been boarded up since 1983.
