Description

No 1 Toyse Lane is a cottage that was originally an 18th century dovecote, converted into a dwelling before 1842. It features painted clunch with a brick plinth and quoins, along with a sawtooth eaves cornice. The roof is made of red pantiles, with a parapet gable on the east side and a hip with a sealed gablet flight entry on the west side. The south elevation includes one four-paned hung sash window and a four-panelled door.
