PEAS HILL 1. 942 No 7 TL 4458 SE 6/137 29.3.62. II 2. Early C18, but incorporating timber-framing from an earlier building. 3 storeys; red brick; parapet with small moulded cornice below; modern shop front on ground floor; 4 windows on each of upper floors with flat arches, glazing bars and small brackets below cills. 3 rooms with original panelling, one with C17 panelling. Good staircase. (RCHM 144). Nos 4-7 (consec) form a group.
