Description

Stanley House, located at No 2 Bene't Street, is an early 19th-century building. It stands four storeys tall and is constructed of grey gault brick, featuring a parapet. The façade has four windows, some of which do not have glazing bars. The ground floor has a modern shop front. While it fits well with the overall character of the street, it is not particularly distinguished on its own. Stanley House, along with Nos 2 to 6 (consecutive), and Nos 8 and 9, forms a group of buildings of collective interest.
