Description

No. 45 East Street is a building dating from the period between 1731 and the mid-18th century. It is a three-storey structure with a four-window red brick front. A modern shop front has been inserted on the right-hand side. The building features sash windows with wide glazing bars and triple keystones. The doorway on the left has an eared architrave and likely originally had a hood. Nos. 45 to 59 (odd) form a group.
