Description
Bright's Building at Magdalene College was constructed in 1908-1909 by architects Aston Webb and Ingress Bell. This two-storey brick building features a symmetrical facade designed in the Neo-Tudor style, complete with dormers and gables. A prominent gable faces Magdalene Street, showcasing stone and brick chequer work in the tympanum. Above this gable are two large chimneys and a coat of arms. On the river side, two gables project at either end, with dormers situated between them. The windows are styled in the Tudor fashion.
