Description

29 Thompson's Lane is an early 19th-century building with a symmetrical front design. It is constructed of gault brick and features a stone band and simple moulding below the eaves. The façade includes three windows with glazing bars and jalousies, and a central round-headed doorway that has a continuous moulded plaster surround. The door is a six-fielded panelled type with an ornamental metal fanlight above it. There are also three flat-topped dormers on the roof. Inside, the building retains two original staircases and some other internal fittings. This property, along with Nos 29 to 31, forms a group.
