Description

The garden room to South Shoebury Hall Farmhouse is a circular structure built in the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed from rustic burr brick walling and may have originally served as a beehouse, designed to accommodate bee skeps placed in internal recesses within the walls. The roof is conical and covered with tiles.
