Description

The outbuildings and bee boles, along with the walled garden at Cammo House in Edinburgh, date from 1780 to 1792 and cover approximately 2 acres. The garden is enclosed by brick and rubble walls.

The east wall features ashlar gatepiers with iron hinges still visible, and the rubble wall is lined with brick. To the left, there is a lower rubble wall with gatepiers.

The south wall is constructed of brick with a rubble interior. A small doorway on the east side leads to a small garden that includes a fireplace and flue in the re-entrant angle. To the right of the door, there are bee-boles with timber lintels.

The west wall is made of brick and has a large doorway with ashlar dressings and timber doors.

The north wall consists of brick on the west side, with a narrow doorway and steps leading into the garden. The eastern section features a rubble wall, with a rubble lean-to towards the center and an entrance to the garden located to the left of the lean-to.
