Description

Late 18th century. 4 square-plan polished ashlar piers symmetrically disposed with wrought-iron gates at centre; flanking low coped coursed sandstone walls to left and right. Random rubble boundary wall to Cammo Road.

GATEPIERS AND RAILINGS: 4 piers comprising raised base course, string course, fluted frieze in NW facets, stepped cornice; pyramidal caps. Iron railings between outer piers; 2-leaf down-swept iron gates at centre.

BOUNDARY WALL: droved coping to rubble quadrant wall beyond gates to Cammo Road. Low coursed sandstone piers comprising projecting cornice, stepped and layered caps flank entrance.
