Description

This is a row of eight houses, numbered 4 to 28, built in 1856 on Wisbech Road, Thorney. The terrace has a symmetrical design with a varied and interesting pattern of gables. At each end of the row are shops. The shop on the right has wooden supports in front of it, which carry a parapet with decorative Jacobean details, creating a small arcade or verandah effect.
