Description

This is a terrace of houses with shops on the ground floor, built in the second quarter of the 19th century. The row consists of nearly uniform three-storey houses, each two windows wide. They are constructed of brick and feature a painted cornice below the parapet. The first-floor windows are recessed beneath semi-circular relieving arches, with the three houses at each end of the row having similarly arched heads. There is ornamental iron railing of a standard pattern on the first-floor balcony, although it is missing from numbers 105 and 119, with the latter having sections of railing set into the window openings. Each house has a shop in its ground storey, and number 103 has an added mansard storey.
