Description

1282A, on Lincoln Road, is a mid-18th century building with a rear elevation facing the road. It is constructed with rough rendered walls and has a stone slate roof, with stone gable ends and brick chimneys. The building is one storey high with attics, and includes one flat-topped dormer. A single 19th-century casement window is present on the ground floor, with a wooden lintel. While the front elevation’s fenestration has been altered, some double-hung sash windows with glazing bars remain. A modern single-storey extension has been added to the left. The building is included on the list for its group value, forming a group with The Cock Inn.
